As a business women, sometimes I just rush into the day and get busy without realizing that I burn out. I start get moody, easily irritated, and agitated. I think it is a sign that you need to “RELAX” and sit down alone. Alone time is when I distance myself from the voices of the world so I can hear my own. I took some “ME” time. I think it is important thing to do for yourself, especially in this business. And now I feel like I’m in a really good positive place in my life.
How do I do my “ME” time? I will buy fresh flowers, make myself my favourite tea and listening to my favourite music in my office room. I calm myself down before I sit down in my sofa before I start rushing into the day again. It works for me so far.
I want to start learning for mediation soon too to calm myself during busy and stress day.
I also put a reminder a myself to pray to GOD to give me a strength in my day ahead.
Here is The difference:
I got up early one morning and rushed right into the day;
I had so much to accomplish that I didn’t have tie to pray.
Problems just tumbled about me, and heavier came each task.
“Why doesn’t God help me?” I wondered. He answered, “You didn’t ask”
Sometimes you just need to disconnect and enjoy your own company. Re-charging your own batteries. Make time for yourself… Happiness is a ME time.
Note to self: RELAX
You are enough.
You have enough.
You do enough.
Breathe extra deep, let go anything in your mind now…
Just live right now in the moment.
